my site submit, waiting long time??

I don't khow how about my site (...). I had submit to VietNam and waiting long time? don't recived any mail confirm?

Because of the way DMOZ works we can not predict how long a site must "wait" after it has been suggested and an editor reviewing it. It might be a few days but it might also be several years. We can not predict when your (or any other site) will be reviewed. We also do not send any confirmations when a review is done, not when it is accepted and not when it is rejected.
