My site was take off the directory

hello i am trying to discover why my site <url removed> has been removed, It was down over christmas because of an billing error with my host and i was wondering how to get it listed again. Please advise Do i have to resubmit or can it be recovered?

When a listed website is found to be dysfunctional, it is routinely removed from the public directory to a pending area for human attention. Such websites show up prominently internally and most editors working in the area will give them some priority. We can't predict when that might be.

I recommend that you don't re-suggest your website because the new suggestion will overwrite the prominent one, thus losing the prominence.
