There is nothing you can do now to speed up the review of your site for the Open Directory Project; it can take several days, weeks, months or several years before it is reviewed, and there is no way to tell how long it will take or which of the volunteer editors will be the one to do the review. {moz}

I will suggest you to try again in a sufficient category, ofc. dmoz takes a time but it will done.

Bad advice.
1. deliberately suggesting a website to the wrong category causes delays and consumes editorial resources that could have been used more productively.

2. It's against our suggestion guidelines.
