My thread was closed but my page hasn't listed at DMOZ

Well, I have been waiting years, may be 3 years now, but my page never got listed at DMOZ, however the page listed in almost all the search engines, many people visit the site every day about 8k to 10k visitors/day. But it's my bad luck or unfortunate that my page hasn't listed at Dmoz. It's a chat site mainly. I did submit my site every 6months or so. But It hasn't listed at DMOZ.
There are many chatters join every day with java chat. I am not saying because it's my site but I think it will help chatters. It offers very good chat rooms with moderator.
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

Only reason I post this here because my previous thread was closed and I have tried everything but wasn't able to post anything from there.
So, If in any case If you think otherwise, accept my appology.
