How can I add it to dmoz.org?

my contents are web hosting, site builder, free asp scripts and all other web technologies

I didn't find the add a url link in dmoz.og.

You must navigate the categories in dmoz.org to the single most appropriate category for your site and near the top of the page is the "Suggest URL" link. If the category doesn't offer the "Suggest URL" link then it doesn't accept new suggestions at that level so you must choose one of the sub-cats below it.
