If you look at NO STATUS CHECKS THIS WEEK you'll see that we aren't able to do status checks this week.

This gives you several days to also read READ BEFORE POSTING and see how to format your request to make it easy for us to answer.

Without the category, the editors will not be able to check on your submission.

You are correct, I was reading too fast. I do apologize for that. Had I been more careful, I would have given the answer that djdeeds did: We do not generally have the capability of checking the status of a submission unless we know the category.

Perhaps you could, after we're up and running again, let us know what category you think would be most suitable for each site. I'd hope that would be the one you submitted to.

If you've only submitted once, a second submission will not be considered spam. Please try to remember the category though.

And speaking of reading, I tried to read

hokiss, it's really, really helpful to us (and most likely to everyone anywhere you post) if you use proper punctuation and capitalization (or as close to it as you can get) when you post. Trying to decypher a message that consists of 3 sentences with no periods or capitals is painful.

You may wish to add more content to the site.

You are welcome to apply to become an editor in that category if you are a) honest with your affiliations, b) unbiased towards your site, c) prepared to edit all other sites submitted to that category fairly and objectively and d) prepared to do your own research to find new sites to list in the category.

first thank you for looking up my status,second there are other categories that have information in it,we are letting each subsciber to add their info so for few categories that are empty my site wont be submited??as you can see that we arent trying to creat some kind of scam for search engines or something simillar for cloaking what ever you call it ,
and if i dont appear on search engines how am i to put content ??

If you applied a few months ago and are still waiting then it's highly likely that your first attempt either didn't get through or was rejected - did you ever get any e-mail in reply to your query? Visit the Becoming an Editor forum to check your application status and some tips on how to improve so that your new application is better than your last one. Plenty of editors don't get in on their first attempt but then go on to do really well once they are accepted.
