Need Editor Account Reinstated Please

I used to be an editor for DMOZ, I think it was back in 2005 or 2006, but cannot remember my username or password. I have just applied to be an editor, but cannot as I said I used to be one on the application, but now have no idea where to start! I think I used to edit this page: http://www.dmoz.org/...g/Bodyboarding/ or something like it. It could have been in my name, Carl Spencer, but I don't remember which email address it would have been. I use <email removed> now, it could have been <email removed> or yahoo.com, but I don't think I have access to them now. I am from Cornwall in the UK is that is any use!
