Um, I don't think we'd call this a moving company. It doesn't actually move anyone. It just gathers personal information, and offers to pass it out to ... well, to people who are alleged to actually have a moving company. That's what's visible on the site for a reviewer to review.

We call such sites "blind lead generators". And we don't list them anymore.

As with other such blanket decisions, this wasn't made lightly. It is possible, conceivable, that some such sites actually provide a useful service. But -- the same situation arises with legitimate businesses that don't put enough information on their website. We can't judge the business, we can't judge the service. All that counts is the information on the website.

And -- the information on all these websites can never be unique authoritative information about their subject. That status is reserved for the websites of the companies that actually offer the service. (Nobody else can uniquely say what I am willing to do, and for how much money! Only I know that, and my website is the final authority on that subject -- whatever business I'm in.)
