Need little HELP! about submitting networking-portal.com

Hi there,
I am bit confused about selecting category for my website networking-portal.com,
It is very useful technical website related to computer networking stuff,

In my website there are some pages which needs to be completed, I'll be completing that pages in 2-3 days, and after completion I’ll submit it to DMOZ,

Can anybody suggest me the best category where I can submit my website? So as soon as I’ll complete my website I can submit it……Please give me URL of that category . . .

No we can't. This is not a service DMOZ editors supply.
Find what you think is the best category. Suggest the site. Forget about it. Someday (when we don't know) an editor will look at the suggestion and decide if it worth a lsiting. In the case the editor thinks you didn't pick the best category (s)he will send it to right category.

And don't rush to submit it. Even though it might be a long time before it's reviewed, it's just as likely to be reviewed the day you suggest it. If it has 404 pages and is still under construction, that will be noted and it will be rejected immediately.
