Sorry, but this forum is only for questions related to DMOZ, also known as ODP.
My advise is to search for the word xrumer on Google pr any other serach engine

And hopefully you aren't considering using it for a submission to dmoz. As mentioned in the Site Suggestion Instructions:

Auto-submission software is (and always has been) a violation of this procedure. Sites submitted automatically are flagged and deleted after the submission is accepted, without notification to you. Persistent automatic submission may force us to ban you from the dmoz site, so we can provide resources to real human beings.

Thread closed and brand name deleted: as the shadow knows, aiming any brand of autosubmitter in the direction of the ODP is a maximally antisocial act. Just say "no", and, where permitted by local hunting laws, shoot the person who suggested it.

Just for the record: The above request was about a software to spam forums/guestbooks/... - not an autosubmitter for directories.

Which does not make it less offtopic for this forum, though.

Well, actually, based on some of the moderating I've had to be doing here at resource zone, my comment stands. Except: don't feel like you have to be too punctilious about the details of the hunting license.
