Hello everyone,

I am a new member and I have a few questions. I created a web site that i get for free but it is located in the earthlink servers. Example http://home.mindspring.com/~sagua/saguafinishconcrete

Is this a so called mirror site? Since it is not a "www.site.com"

Also, if I get a "www.sagua.com" domain name and then redirect it to where I created my web site since it was free.

Is this the redirection that the rules don't allowed? I believe the answer to my questions is "yes" but i am not sure. Can you guys help me? Maybe give me some tips as to what to do. thanks in advance.

No, this is what we would term firstly a deeplink, and then a hosted site. The deeplink - it is a subsection of the mindspring.com domain. The hosted site, because the content is unrelated to the host - ie they host it, but it's your content.

Is this the redirection that the rules don't allowed?
Yes, it is. If the site is listable we would list the place the actual content is hosted - ie http://home.mindspring.com/~sagua/saguafinishconcrete .

Thanks for asking.

Yes, we treat mindspring like geocities -- a website host that doesn't provide individual domain names. We list thousands of such websites.
