new site in regional not yet posted

I made a proposal for a site in
World/Română/Afaceri/Construcţii_şi_întreţinere/
about three month ago.
I read all the documentation and I suppose I fullfiled most of the requests.
I would like at least a feedback on the problems to solve for the proposed site (if any) or a status update.
