No editor for a regional category

Little over a momth back i had submitted my site to the following regional category:
Top: Regional: Asia: India: Delhi: Business and Economy: Computers and Internet
http://www.dmoz.com/Regional/Asia/India/Delhi/Business_and_Economy/Computers_and_Internet/

I had inquired about its submission status and recieved an answere saying its under review. But it seems that this category doesn't have an editor since it was asking for volunteers on the category page. It seems that the category hasn't had an editor for quite some time. Now i know that the site approval takes time but could someone please tell me what one is supposed to expect if there is no editor in place for the category submitted to? I know one of the posting says submissions can tale anything between 2 hours to 2 years but not having an editor cant possibly do much good.

In addition to the editors in your category's parent one's editors, your category has hundreds of editors. Each editall and meta editor can and does edit anywhere they please and they do.
