No Editor in category - no submission?

I have DVD shop and want to add it in the DMOZ.
I found right category http://www.dmoz.org/Adult/Shopping/Videos_and_DVDs/Fetish/
and see that there is no editor, "Volunteer to edit this category".

Is any change to get in this category? Or if there is no editor , nobody will edit (and will read suggestion) it?
