No Editor! Please help

Can someone tell me how I'm supposed to submit my client's site www.wnukowski.com into it's appropriate directory (Top: Arts: Music: Instruments: Keyboard: Piano: Pianists: W) if there's currently nobody editing that category?

Several months have passed and it is still not showing up.
