6 months ago, I submitted www.BiomedicalAuthoring.com to ODP with a target category of "Business/ Business_Services/ Communications/ Writing_and_Editing/ Technical/ Medical_and_Scientific/" (spaces added for clarity).

I never got a reply and my URL remains unlisted. Does that mean I was rejected, or that there is nobody currently editing my target category?

Thanks for any advice!

Please read the forum guidelines before posting and make your category link clickable, if you would like an editor to check the status of your submission.

The ODP does not send notices or replies.

No listing -- no posting!

Dear Editor,

On July 9 (AEST) I posted a query about the status of my submission to ODP. The post was accepted by the server, but does not appear in the forum.

Having already tried for over 1 year to get listed, this is terribly frustrating.

My URL is www.BiomedicalAuthoring.com and I last submitted (in January) under "dmoz.org/Business/Business_Services/Communications/Writing_and_Editing/Technical/Medical_and_Scientific/".

Regards,

A. Nugent

I merged your new thread with the previous thread...as indicated in dogbows reply, and requested by the guidelines for this forum--please give a clickable link to the category you submitted to so that someone will be able to easily check on the status.

[edited to add]Nevermind, I can add it in this case. Your first posting said something about spaces for clarity which made it harder to convert.

Your suggestion is still pending review in that category.

Also, FTR, it did appear in the forum but was under the subcategory here of Business. As you can see, someone did reply but no one checked on it due to lack of a clickable link (non-clickable takes considerably more time to check which takes away from editing). Please bookmark this thread, but if you have trouble finding it you can look under your login here and it offers an area to see all of the threads that you started. That was how I found your previous thread.
