No moderator present!

I think there is no moderator for the following category:


Top: Shopping: Classifieds: Free Classifieds

Society: Religion and Spirituality: Divination

Can someon guide me.

I am trying to submit a site there.

There are over 200 volunteers who can edit in every category, so the presence or absence of an editor's name at the bottom of a category is immaterial as far as suggesting a site is concerned.
As the instructions state:
Step Three

Identify the single best category for your site. The Open Directory has an enormous array of subjects to choose from. You should submit a site to the single most relevant category. Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected or removed.

Note: Some categories do not have "suggest URL" or "update URL" links. These categories don't accept submissions, so you should find a more specific category for your site.

You might also like to read the FAQ for this forum, in particular "There's no editor for my category - will my suggestion ever get reviewed?".

That's actually two categories. You should be suggesting your site to only one category, the one that is best for your site.
