No response after Email verification

Hi. I applied to become an editor around a month ago and i got the verification email but the strange thing is no one has replied to my application. Since Dmoz does not have a contact form on the website so this forum is the only option I've got to inquire about my application. As far as i can think, the editors for the category that i have applied for (Society>Work>Part-time Employement) are not very active because i once submitted an application for a different category a year ago and i got a reply within 3 days. What could be the reason and what should i do in this case?

If you look just above this thread, there's one about the information we need to research editor applications...

I managed to find it, still pending review - you should get a mail whatever the decision taken.
As for when that might be, it's impossible to say as we are all volunteers

Thanks. At least now i know that my application is not lost and still under review process. I am hoping to join you guys one day

Hi Elper. It's been over a month now and i haven't got any response to my application. And considering the time it has taken i don't think it will be reviewed anytime sooner. Is there any way of reminding the moderator of that category about my pending application? If so, then kindly guide me. Looking forward. Thanks.

Applications may be viewed and processed by a large number of meta editors. It is not done by a listed editor in a category. As elper said, editors are all volunteers, so there is no time frame to predict when an application might be processed.

Ok that category really needs an active editor. It's been more than 3 months now and no sign of any review..
