No "Suggest URL" link in Computers/Companies/Software_Development but others listed

I would like to submit: http://www.techboysoftware.com/
to this category:
http://dmoz.org/Computers/Companies/Software_Development/
but there is no Suggest URL link.

There are other sites listed there so it would stand to reason there has got to be a way!

I would submit it to a more specific directory, but it fits into 5 of them pretty much equally (Business Applications, Databases, Games, Graphics, Web Development) since he offers all of these services and doesn't want to leave one out or make one seem more important. What do I do (and how did these other people get their site listed in this category with no "add url" link anyway)?

And I'm sorry to post a question that probably been asked a million times- but I can't seem to find a strait answer and my eyes are starting to blur from searching!

Just choose the one best category that you can suggest it to and do so. If you want to add a note to the editor in the proposed description [like this] by all means do. The editor will then review the website taking your note into account and either list, move or decline it. This is what happens to all listing suggestions, with or without a note.
