No "Suggest URL" link

Hello,

two questions.

1. On some categories there isn't a Suggest URL link alhtough there are sites listed there. For example:

http://dmoz.org/Computers/Hardware/Systems/Notebooks_and_Laptops/

How can you suggest a site for that category?

2. Can you have a site listed under two categories? Both categories are relevant.

1.) When the suggest URL is not present you have to suggest the site to a lower category. If an editor feels it fits in the broader category they will move it there.

2.) You should submit your site to the ONE category that you think it best fits in. If an editor feels that it is beneficial to the directory to have the site listed in another category as well they will do so.
