No suggest url

I was trying to sumbit my site to the following sub-directory http://dmoz.org/Regional/North_America/United_States/Arizona/Business_and_Economy/Real_Estate/ , and there is no suggest url button, is this an error, or are no more submissions being accepted to this catagory.

You'll need to find the appropriate subcategory to submit your site. It must be submitted in to "Appraisers" et.al. or in to the appropriate Locality category.

Not a bug. We turn off that link in categories that are primarily gateways to other categories.
