Non inclusion of submitted site

I have submitted our site (http://www.-) on several occasions over the past 24 months (at least three times, possibly four) lastly beginning of November 2011 but to date it has not been included. I have not heard, nor am I aware of any reason why this should be the case.

Can anybody help please?

The guidelines for suggesting a site says:

Please only submit a URL to the Open Directory once.

We do not make any promises of including a suggested site in the Directory. Reasons for listing a site or not are not provided, but the criteria for listable sites are found here.
