I have just turned off Norton Internet Security in order to make this post. I do not like having no internet protection, so am going to turn it back on but would appreciate any hints as to how to allow posting while still protected.
I use NIS 2002 and have no problems posting.
Maybe you should change your settings for resource-zone.com. I allow cookies (see FAQ), user agent, and URL for this domain.

That's strange, ZoneAlarm has had no problems lately. There was an issue recently that required a particular port to be open, but this has been fixed.
