"Not a valid IP address pattern in ip" message

I get this message when I try to submit a site "Not a valid IP address pattern in ip". I've followed the steps but this keeps appearing. Can anyone help?

I'll be submitting a few sites so will this always happen when I try to submit a site?

Can you give us some more information

Please send me by PM the following
What software are you using ( operating system and browser + version)
Which category are you trying to suggest to
Which website are you trying to suggest
Where are you located on this earth (country is enough)
Do you have an IPv4 or IPv6 address (if you know the ip number please provide the number also)

That's a known issue from the IP address range that you're using and AOL's engineers have it on their list of bugs to fix.

Meanwhile, please PM me the URL and proposed title/description of your website and I'll suggest (but not list) it for you.

Until the bug is fixed, probably. Try using a proxy in future.
