Not able to log on ?

I was accepted as an editor since yesterday, but i am not able to logon.
I am filling up correct username and password.

Your acceptance was unintentional and the result of an error (it happens sometimes). The meta who accepted you promptly noticed the error, and consulted with others. Several metas reviewed your application and it was agreed that it did not meet the required standards. Your editing account was then removed before you even logged in.

Have i to fill up reinstallment form ?
or have i to fill up a form with a different email.
As with my current email address, it won't be possible for me
to apply again.
