Not able to post to submittal thread

It has bee six month since I last asked for a submission update so I am now trying to request another subission update. However I don't seem to be able to post to my existing thread:

I was just wondering if this was a privilages thing or if the post had been closed?

If anyone could shed some light on the matter it would be most appreciated.

As we stopped answering status requests all old threads about status are closed and moved to an archive.
