Not accepting confirmation email?

When I send a response to the confirmation email it says...

"Your Open Directory editor application could not be confirmed.
The error received was:

Bad authentication ticket"

How can I make a good authentication ticket?

If the confirmation number gets cut off the system would send that message. When you hit reply, make sure that the full confirmation number is included in the subject line.

If that doesn't work, you can post the confirmation number here and we can get the staff person to look into it.

The ticket number is "opendir - e0c1aabf115d7fc3f1c1ec32dafeaa8b"...
