Hi, four months isn't unusually long to wait, as it requires an editor to take an interest in the category and review the site suggestion.
Some language sections (like Arabic) have relatively few volunteer editors, thus the long delays.

However, DMOZ will be unavailable from the 15th March, so it's unlikely your site suggestion will be reviewed.
