not listed since January - should I resubmit?

I submitted 2 of my sites www.advanced-vitamin-formulas.com and
www.i-health-info.com in January 2005. I just checked and they
are not yet listed.

My question: the main keywords and themes of the site have changed
since January. Would it be a good idea to resubmit at this time?

No, since we do not care about keywords, it is not necessary to resubmit.

However, if the main focus of the site has significantly change -- to the degree that the site would no loinger qualify for the category where you made your initial submission, then go ahead and resubmit once to the single best category. Instead of a description put in the following; [Replaces submission from 1/2005 in cat/subcat/subcat] Of course, you would use the real category information.
