I once read the rules here where it allow ppl to check or make request about their submission if only it had been more than ONE MONTH. If this rule is still valid, i would like to ask why is my web site http://www.hotwebtools.com that had been submitted nearly 4 months ago to: http://dmoz.org/Computers/Internet/Web_Design_and_Development/Authoring/Online_Tools/
had not been listed.

1) Am i submitting into the wrong category?
2) Or my website wasnt good enough to be listed in DMOZ?

Please read Discontinuation of site status checks amd alse the FAQ for some more explanation.

So, what should i do, do i have to resubmit?

No, certainly after only 4 months. Are you aware that in some categories it can take more than 3 years for an editor to take a good look at the submissions?

If, after about a year, you may resubmit once to the same category, and after than, no more submissions.
