Not possible to submit new auto model

The submission is turned off in http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Autos/Makes_and_Models/ so it's not possible to submit any make or model that aren't already listed there. This forced me to submit to http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Autos/Makes_and_Models/Specialty_Manufacturers/ (or do you have any better suggestion?). And now http://gaz21.com/ is listed there while it should actually be listed in Recreation: Autos: Makes and Models: GAZ

There are several others that have the same problem. For instance UAZ ( http://www.uazauto.com/ ), ZIL ( http://www.amozil.ru/ ), Pavlo Bus ( http://www.paz.nnov.ru/), Moskvich ( http://www.azlk.ru/ ) and GAZ ( http://www.gaz.ru/ ).

Submissions are not turned off in the letter and number subcategories of that category, so you should be able to submit sites in the category appropriate for the starting letter or number of the car of interest (e.g. http://dmoz.org/Recreation/Autos/Makes_and_Models/G/ ).

Doh! How could I miss that!?
