Not possible to update listing

My website was added nearly 10 years ago. It never got a fair description at that time and desperately needs to be updated. The problem is that the category that contains my link is missing the "suggest URL" and "update listing" links. If I go up a category, because my link is technically not in that category, it will not allow me to update the link. When I suggest my site, I get no results because I'm certain that the editor can see that I'm in a sub category or he’s dropped off the face of the earth. What, if anything, can I do?

You should be able to utilize the "update listing" link now.
