Numerous Product Lines

Our site has three main products. All can greatly assist professionals in an industry, but their specific functions are completely unique and have nothing to do with the other. Each one of these is housed in a different directory on our domain.

I know it's been frowned upon to submit a site more than once, but realistically these directories could have very well been unique sites. Is it okay for me to submit these product lines into their respective directories (3 submissions for one domain)?
