ODP's procedure when investigating abuse?

I have found a blatant case of abuse, and will be emailing the details to one of the metas. Meanwhile, I was wondering:

1) Once you find a site and its duplicates, cloaked replicas, etc., which are all listed multiple times in DMOZ, how easy is it for you to find out which editor(s) listed all of these?
2) If most of these sites were listed by someone who is still an editor, do you ban the person immediately? (I hope so!)
3) How far do you look into other things that this same editor may have done (e.g., deleting competitors' listings, etc.)? Do you have access to complete records of everything that each editor has done?
4) After that, does someone go back and try to fix all of the mess left behind?

Sorry for all these questions…I am just curious.

I'm sure you understand that the answers to most (if not all) of your questions are confidential.

As motsa said, most of that information is confidential - but we do keep detailed logs of every site an editor has edited (added, deleted, changed) and each site has its own logs.

Each case is different, but in general I would answer yes to all of your questions.
