Oh, brother...

I submitted a site in the general blog categories.
Then I submitted the same site to the business resources section, thinking it would be a better fit. However, it's a blog that's about a certain type of business. The type of business does have it's own category. However it doesn't really have a subcategory , but I see other sites in category that are more like my site. Now, I don't know what to do, I worry if I submit again, a 3rd time, editors may think I'm trying submit too many times.

If you've already suggested it to two different categories, there's no need to do so again. Some volunteer editor(s) will evaluate it in time but we can't predict when that will be or the result.
