Dear Madam/Sir,

I submitted my site (www.gredy.ca) to this category in the mid of July. However since that time the site changed and a link may be invalid. What is the best practice in this case?
Should I resubmit it or wait for the editor's response?

Thank you in advance.

Do you mean the link you submitted may be invalid? If so, it's probably alright to resubmit. However, if you can give us a clickable link to the category in which the site was submitted, we will be able to check your submission's current status and advise better you from there.

I'd like to resubmit ...

Dear donwiebe,
Thank you for the quick reply. What happened is all pages etc. moved to the root and requests to old location should lead to redirection or error. In any case this is not a good stuff for a DMOZ editor. I'd like to resubmit, and my question is:
would the most recent submission replace the old one automatically? or should I comment the situation, e.g. send email to an editor? or I'll be kicked off with all my submissions?
Unfortunately I cannot find a link. With this experience I bookmarked this thread.
Thank you in advance.
I'll resubmit right after your reply.

Roughly speaking, it will never be very harmful in a case like this to resubmit (in fact, it's never _very_ harmful to resubmit just once anyway.)

It's probably easier to just do it than for us to check.

I'd suggest resubmitting, then bumping this thread in a month to make sure all is OK.

I found my previous submission ...

Dear administrator,

I've just found my previous submission and it was to category that, I suppose, is not relevant to the site content.
Shopping: Classifieds
Site www.gredy.ca
submitted Aug. 14, Title: Gredy.ca Classifieds
It should be in
Regional: North America: Canada: British Columbia: Business and Economy: Shopping.
Is it ok to resubmit it to the latter category since in the former one my site will be rejected for sure?
Sorry for this mess -- I lost the previous thread.

I'll follow your advise ...

Thank you in advance.

Question on submitted site

Dear Madam/Sir,

My request is on a site status and on possibility to change the selected category. www.gredy.ca was submitted to
Shopping: Classifieds
on Aug. 14, Title: Gredy.ca Classifieds, and later I found out that a more relevant category should be Regional: North America: Canada: British Columbia: Business and Economy: Shopping.

What is the best practice in this case? It it possible to move my request, or I should ask you to drop it and resubmit to the new category?

I'll follow your advise ...

Thank you in advance.

As mentioned on the other thread, just resubmit. In fact, submissions in those two categories could (depending on your site) both be allowable.
