I have submitted my site over and over again and still i get no listing! I think there is definitely corruption or something seriously wrong here.
I have tried to get <url removed> listed under business listings and it never happens. ((((((((((WHY)))))))))))))))?:(

We no longer give site suggestion status checks here so we can't answer your "why?" question. Corruption is very rarely the answer -- in 99.9% of cases, the answer to the question "Why isn't my site listed yet?" is simply that no one has gotten around to reviewing it yet. It's that simple. We are all volunteers and we edit where we choose to edit and so, unless one of us chooses to edit the category where you suggested your site and chooses to review the suggested sites there, then your site remains unreviewed. Submitting your site over and over again isn't going to speed that process up.

Re-submitting website won't help but there is no update regarding the site status, whether it is rejected or still in the queue. Re-submitting rejected sites might help?

How many times?

How many times is "over and over again"? The submission guidelines say to submit once to the single most appropriate category.

If you last submitted before the crash last fall submit once more. Otherwise it may still be pending review.

No it won't really and here is why.

If the site isn't listed the most likely reason is that it hasn't been reviewed yet. Re-suggesting it will overwrite the previous suggestion. Suggestions go into a pool of sites waiting for review, not a queue. An editor choosing to review the suggested sites has several ways to address the unreviewed pile, including by date of submission. If they choose to review by submission date, the new resubmission will overwrite the old making it appear to be a more recent suggestion. In this case it would sink back to the bottom of the pool in favor of older suggestions.

If the site has been reviewed and rejected, there is almost no way it could be changed to be made listable. Therefore repeated submission would just be spam, which would be a waste of your and the editor's time.
