Hi,

I've been trying to submit my Australian massage related website to the category Regional: Oceania: Australia: Health: Alternative: Massage Therapy and Bodywork which is the most relevant section for my listing and after clicking the submit button I simply get a page with a Go Back link and the page title just says Oops, an Error Occurred.

I've been trying to submit my site for around 8 months now and I've come across this same error every time (but only found this forum just now).

I believe I've filled the information fields correctly:

-URL is standard http:// www . *************. com. au with the regular link radio button selected
-Title is the name of my business & website.
-Description contains a short and simple explanation of what the site offers without using any promotional jargon.
-Email is my standard online business communication format info@ *************. com. au
-Text Capture should be right (tested numerous different combinations).

So far this is the only directory I've had trouble submitting to.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your website actually belongs within Cairns, to where I've just suggested it with no problems. You need take no further action.

Some volunteer will process it in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.
