I think you're confusing "add" with "suggest".

Members of the public are only able to suggest sites to the ODP, for us to consider adding. All such suggestions have to be reviewed by a volunteer editor to ensure they meet our site selection criteria. The editor then has to check that the category is appropriate and (if necessary) correct the title and description to meet our Editing Style Guidelines.

All this takes time, and with a large number of suggestions, and only a finite number of volunteer editors, we are unable to offer any set time scale for when a particular URL suggestion will be reviewed.

If you've already suggested your site (and got the "thank you for your suggestion" confirmation screen) then you've done all you can do. There's no need to suggest it again, and nothing you can do to speed up the review process.

ok, as you talk about "volunteer editor", in this case we wana ask about the editor or arabic section, is he still dmoz or dmoz now looking for some one to hold this task ?! we wana be the editor of this section to help arab webmasters, that's all.

Everyone is welcome to apply regardless of whether there are others named as editors in a category. Since no editor owns a category there are always 200 or more editors that can and will work on categories directory wide, so there is no way to know 'which' editor you are talking about when asking the question and it actually doesn't really matter as there are many others that can also edit there.

Also to note that editors list sites in the directory for the use/benefit of those seeking sites and information, not as an aid/service to the webmasters of said sites. Any benefit(s) that may acrue to the site and its owner is incidental and irrelevant to the function of the ODP.
