Over 14 months and still waiting

Hi, I created my website in Feb 07 and submitted it sometime around then maybe April/May 07 and it still isn't showing up on your lists. Should I re-submit?

There is no need to suggest a site more than once.
It is either still waiting review (most probably) or is rejected (by reading our guidelines you can known if it is or will be rejected).
