Password for Add URL and Become an Editor

Hi folks,
When trying to Add a URL today, we get an Enter Password box come up. This also happens with Become and Editor. This seems to occur on all our PCs. A search hasn't bought up and answer to this. Are we being really dense?!!

Not really, but you could have checked the Bugs and Features forum before asking here, it's full of questions about this known problem...
