We don't give advice about where to suggest specific sites. In general, though, personal blogs are like personal web sites -- we have a number of fairly general categories for personal home pages and for personal blogs. Have a look around the directory (or do a search on weblog). Note, though, that blogs, like forums, need to have a decent amount of content in terms of posts in order to be listable.
