Dear all, I have submitted my website <url removed> to domz about 4 months ago, but till now i can't see my website included in Dmoz. Please help me out. Is there any special way to get inclusion.

No, there is no special way to get inclusion. When an editor decides to review suggested sites in the category you suggested to, and decides to review your site, it will be reviewed, but there is no way of knowing when the review will happen. And no way to speed up the process.
