Description: The world's largest marketplace for buying and selling shipping containers as well as other new and used intermodal equipment.

Category 1: Business: Transportation and Logistics: Marketplaces
Category 2: Business: Transportation and Logistics: Marketplaces: Auctions

However, when we submit to either of these categories, we see:
URL submission is disabled for this category.

We feel, that either one of these categories are the most appropriate for our site but would appreciate any assistance with finding a new category that does allow our submission.

We are having some server issues at the moment, which is probably why you are getting that message... Normally you should be able to suggest a site to Marketplaces or Auctions.
There is also Crates and Containers but Marketplaces/Auctions seems a better placement to me.
