Every entry is reviewed by a human editor. Nothing is published without one of the volunteers adapting it to the ODP guidelines. So its just waiting at the bottleneck - amount of voluntary human ressources available for reviewing several thousand sites a day.

A review is when an editor looks at your site, and decides whether it is listable, and if so whether it is in the correct category.

All sites are reviewed by actual real live editors before being added to the directory - Inclusion is neither automatic or done by robots.

The site is there, waiting for an editor to look at (review) and add, delete, or forward to where it should be listed as appropriate.

You don't need to do anything but wait. Please don't re-submit as this will overwrite the existing submission with a newer date, moving it back to the bottom if an editor works in date order.

If the site still isn't visible in a month or two, come back to this thread and ask again.

I admit this is a very long time. Unfortunately Shopping is one of the areas in our directory with lack of volunteer editors.

I think your question is "can I apply to be an editor of this category"? You can certainly apply, but be aware that you need to be pretty fluent in English to be accepted to edit in the English part of the directory. If you would prefer to edit in a Russian language category then they are all under http://ch.dmoz.org/World/Russian/ . If you ask in the Becoming an Editor forum here, you will be able to get more specific advice from the meta editors who actually review and accept or decline applications. :)
