why can't we be listed in Shells provider's list?
We are generally shell providers.

Looking at it, your main focus seems to be providing web site hosting. The UNIX Shell categories are probably aimed at organisations whose prime focus is providing shell facilities (i.e. not web hosting).

It does say "Welcome to Exodus Hosting Company" on the front page. You look like a hosting company.
