Hello.
recently pointed out that the catalog in Hebrew for adults for a long time are no longer updated, and decided to offer my candidacy in the editing area. Then faced with difficulties:
My first application was sent to the reviewed 23.06, was filled with a different language, and received a response from administrators and denial:

"If you apply for a Hewbrew category your application must be written in Hewbrew. (Message writte using Google translate)"

The second application I posted 24.06 to 02.05.
I did everything as in the first embodiment only in Hebrew, as I suggested to the administrator. But when it got a negative answer, and:

"Your application for a new editor account at DMOZ has been rejected because we believe you already have (or had in the past) another editor account We have a strict rule of only one account per person . If you wish to edit the directory, you will need to use your existing / previous account rather than applying for a new one.

If your account is active and you know your password, you should be able to log in at .... and continue editing. If you want to apply for a new category, please see the advice at....and then use the "Request to be editor for another category" link at .... an internal new permissions request.

If you have forgotten your password, you can use the form at .... to reset it. (But you need to be able to receive email sent to the address we have recorded for you.)

If you had an account previously that has now lapsed, then you need to apply for this account to be reinstated. Please use the form at .... for this. You will need to know your editorname and previous password. If you do not know either of these details, then please ask for help in the "Becoming an Editor" forum at .... . It is usually possible for us to identify your account from other information you can supply, and we can then arrange for the password to be reset.

We hope you will be back editing with us shortly. ".

please Tell me what I need to do as another account I do not have

On the application form there is a question asking if the applicant has been an editor before. If that question is answered with "Yes", we assume that the applicant has been an editor before and in that case should ask to have that account activated instead of applying for a new one.

Yes, you can apply again. If you have not been an editor before don't answer "Yes" to the question asking if you have been an editor before.

You again selected "yes" on the question if you have been an editor before.
I added a note on the application refering to this thread.
As I can not read Hebrew I can not process the application.
Please wait for another meta-editor to process the request.

Hello again :)
In fact, I bet the answer is "no" .. even checked twice. I wanted to provide a screenshot, but this next time. Maybe it's a problem for me, and possibly with a translation of the page.
I do not wait for a problem, but if you want, I can fill in both English and Russian, and as you are comfortable. The only thing that I would have again asked to fill in Hebrew.
Thank you :)

Your current application is pending review, our reference 208915
Only one application at a time, in the language of the category you are applying for (i.e. Hebrew) - You could include a brief translation in English or Russian as long as it's clear that it is a translation - being fluent in several languages is a positive point in the community part of editing, as talking via GTranslate can be horrible!

Just to anticipate, the form could be rendering in a bizarre manner; we will look into it, but the best way forward is to put something like "I have never been a DMOZ editor - See http://www.resource-zone.com/forum/t/please-help-me-to-apply-to-the-editors.53259/ " in English, into the Internet experience box if you need to apply again... :)

The screenshot you provide translates for me to

No (which is selected by default) Yes

But if I use Google Translate I see that
No translates to לא
and yes to כן
