Hello,

I submitted www.smbcms.com to http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Site_Management/Content_Management on August, 23. Sorry to bother you so soon, I just noticed in my logs that I had a visitor from http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Site_Management/Content_Management/ on August,30, but didn't see my listing on that page the next day. I'm just wondering - does that mean that my web site has been removed or penalized for some reason?

Please advise.

Your site has been published in http://dmoz.org/Computers/Software/Internet/Site_Management/Content_Management/

You will not see it on the public side until the server updates.

All you can really do now is to keep checking http://dmoz.org/

It was announced that in the future public data will be less than a week behind the editorside - but don't expect this to be the case immediately.

Here on September, 6 they say

All three frontend servers have now been updated. Their data should never be more than a week out of date, compared to editors.dmoz.org. Pages will normally be refreshed when they're more than four days old

. If DMOZ server updated on the 6th or earlier and my site was typed into the database later - how long will it approximately take me to appear on the public side?

It's still neither in editors.dmoz.org nor dmoz.org

I ca see it in dmoz.org - it's in Computers/Software/Internet/Site_Management/Content_Management/ with the title Small Business Content Management System. If you can't see it it's probably to do with which public server you are accessing - they may not be in synch. Or possibly you are looking at a cached version of the page?
