It is more than one month and nobody contacted me because of the username and password

Someone may contact you tomorrow, next month, in 2 years, in 5 years. When an editor gets around to reviewing your site. Not before.

It is only my personal approach but if a site needs me to register and get a username and password before I review it then I will skip it and move onto another submission that doesn't, it makes much more productive use of my limited time. If, on the other hand, the webmaster has provided a guest username and password in the site description submitted, so I don't waste any time and don't have to reveal any details of myself in the process, then maybe I'll stop and look.
Because of past problems, editors are encouraged not to communicate with submitters and most don't these days. Imagine, I contact a dating site owner for a password, then decline the submission. I could then come in for a lot of abuse, harrassment, and some editors have been threatened. So I, for one, just don't do it. There are plenty of sites not requiring passwords for me to review, so it is no problem as far as I'm concerned.
Now you say you are an editor. You should know all of this then! If I were you I would resubmit and include a guest username and password. This will overwrite the existing submissions but I don't think it will make any difference to when the site is reviewed, maybe it will help if other editors are skipping it because they aren't inclined to contact you for those details.
