I've submitted this about 4 time over the past 2 years.

In any case, you have a bricks-and-mortar locus of significance; please submit the site to the locality category under Regional. This will not prejudice (against, at least) a possible listing in Shopping also.

Why would you think it doesn't take online orders? I've been receiving order since day one. It definately takes online orders.

Because I tried to place an order and the above message is the response I got.

You could of course ignore my message and assume I'm the only person it ever happened to.
